Connection can be hard, and it’s getting harder.

I get it — I left college during my second year in part because I was struggling to connect with people. And it wasn’t because I didn’t like people — I just didn’t know how to make the most from brief encounters.

Since then (and since earn more than one degree), I’ve dedicated my career to what it means to build connection across social environments — from the workplace to the dating scene, and everything in between.

I love sharing my research and learnings, guiding audiences of various demographics on how build connection in a world where the answer is not always obvious and definitely not one-size-fits-all.
